Construction has begun to turn a historic townhouse in central Mayfair into the headquarters of a leading fintech company. The building sits within the Mayfair Conservation Area. It is part of a late-19th-century terrace in an 18th-century revival style and was refronted in the early 20th century.
The project brings it up to contemporary workplace standards, with new services for greater comfort and end-of-journey facilities for staff.
