Construction has begun on a double-fronted, end-of-terrace house overlooking a public park in Aldersbrook, East London. It was built in an Edwardian suburb, between 1899 and 1914, where mass-produced construction meets decorative craftsmanship.
The extension joins the kitchen and living room in one larger space, opens the house to the garden and brings in more natural light, updating the interior for contemporary family life.
