We are delighted to announce that we have successfully secured Planning Permission and Listed Building Consent for a prestigious new headquarters for a leading fintech company in Mayfair, London.
Sitting within the Mayfair Conservation Area, the existing building was constructed in 1895 and re-fronted in 1913–14 when it was extensively altered for the new owner, James de Rothschild.
The existing office facilities will be fully upgraded to contemporary standards and redesigned to suit the requirements of the new owner-occupier.
